Your personal information

This policy explains how any personal information which NNKFA already holds (or gathers) will be stored and may be used.
By “personal information” we envisage the name (with title) and address, phone numbers and email addresses which have been obtained from membership application or renewal forms.

How we use personal information  

NNKFA will use such information in connection with the running of our Association.
Publicity may include photos taken at events. Photos may also be copied onto any social media sites which the Committee agrees to join. 
The data will not be released to any third party, unless with the express permission of the member or demanded by a law enforcement agency.

How we keep personal information 

Personal information will be recorded and maintained by our membership secretary. It may be made available to the other officers of the Association and to committee members, but only for the purposes explained above. Such data will be held on a personal computer, protected by up to date security software and password access.

Changes or removal of personal information
 
Personal data will be updated promptly whenever members advise changes to the membership secretary. Any data about members who leave the Association will be removed from all our records within six months of individuals ceasing to be a member.  Data about any member will be removed from our stored records, within one month of any written request to the membership secretary.
